I had windshield repair done at my home. Isaac was prompt, very courteous, and had the job done in the promised amount of time. I was very happy with the service.

Technician name Nate did a good job replacing my windshield. Overall, the only issue I had was the customer service business. Scheduling me very early to come in but had to wait hours. While technician was still working on others at the same schedule.

Original post is below for reference. Once I contacted the support email in the reply, the payment was refunded into my account. Thank you Caliber for the quick response. For chip repair, make sure you need a new windshield before you have the technician come out. It was $100 (non-refundable) to have a chip filled. Obviously I don’t know what’s repairable or not, because it was so small it would have made it worse. I should have taken to a shop in person to be evaluated. Not all their fault, but zero refund options.

Excellent service, called to let me know on his way. Very polite friendly and fast worker. The windshield looks and works amazing. Will recommend to others. Before and after pics.
